Susan asks…How much weight can I loose a week?I am a 22 year old 6' tall 291 pound male. My diet plan is to eat a balanced 1500 calorie a day diet and at the gym go 1.5 miles on the elliptical lift weights for 30 minutes then another 1 mile on the elliptical and a 1/2 mile fast walk on the treadmill. This is six days a week. I have been doing it now for three days. The calorie calculators on the internet say to maintain weight i need 3200 calories a day so with only eating 1500 my deficit is
