Your Questions About Exercise For Weight Loss At Home

Carol asks…What at home exercise equipment is best for fastest weight loss and health?I have a budget of $400.

I'm interested in Weight Loss (40 lbs) , Improved Energy, and some Toning.

Confused by all the different kinds of equipment available, not sure which is best for my needs.
Treadmill, Bicycle, Elliptical Trainer etc. I've seen lots of Nordictrack and Bowflex commercials, but I believe they are out of my price range.
