Your Questions About Exercise For Weight Loss On Legs

Nancy asks…Is sweating during exercise actually useful for weight loss?I've been going to the gym for just 5 days now, in a row, and I do cardio, 15-20 min and then do some other things on machines for legs, arms, butt etc etc.... when I do cardio, and after the other exercises, I sweat craaaazzyyy.... so to my question, Is sweating during exercise actually useful for weight loss? I only want to lose bout 10 pounds, I'm 5'7 and weigh 145 pounds, want to get to 135 aprox.staff
