Your Questions About Weight Loss For Beginners Exercises

Richard asks…Running and weight loss:help?So i want to start running. I dont usually run, unless i am trying to beat my friend to like the classroom at school or something. so I wanted to take up running, cause you burn more calories, and it is good for your heart. How long should I run for, for a beginner? Also, how long should I stick with this exercise for? Cause I just want to lose 25 pounds, and then I am pretty good.
