Your Questions About Weight Loss For Beginners

Lizzie asks…Where should a beginner like me start with my weight loss journey?I am looking for someone with experience with fitness training I am over 300 I have already lost 25 lbs so far just doing water aerobics and I am ready to head to the upstairs of the gym with all the weight machines and treadmills.
