Helen asks…Is this weight loss plan healthy?I'm wanting to lose weight quite quickly so im a member of a gym and ive been doing about 2 hours of cardio about 4 - 5 times a week but im still eating and having proper meals just cutting out sweets and fizzy drinks and the usual rubbish.
