Michael asks…Nutrition/weight loss plan for a healthy teenage girl?Hi, I'm 17 years old, 5'5'' and I'm 121 pounds, which is healthy for someone my age and height but weight doesn't really concern me now.
I just realized that I have more like a pear shaped body even though others would consider me to be a thin person. The problem is with my hips mostly and my tummy.
Why is that? I do exercise almost everyday.
What can I do to change this? What foods should I stay away from?
