Nancy asks…Weight Loss for Teenager Girls?I'm 16, and weight 160 pounds. I'm 5'2 and I'm supposed to weight about 110 pounds. I'm fairly athletic despite being overweight, as a small amount is muscle from years of soccer and martial arts, but I'm still very fat.
