Your Questions About Exercise For Weight Loss Tips

Donna asks…Exercise tips and weight loss tips please?I am 16 and I weigh a little more over 10 and a half stone and I want to lose a lot more. I go on the cross trainer every day for an hour but I don't think it's fast enough.

Could anyone give me anymore exercises to do that will help me lose weight and tips? Thank youstaff answers:A good article about how to run efficiently,setting some goals , have a good nutrition and hydration, and how you can easily lose 10-12 pounds per week.
