Mary asks…Weight loss for men?I am mystified by people who claim to have lost weight by exercising 30 minutes a day 3 days a week.
I am a regular fat guy, I'm six feet tall and 250lbs, and I cannot seem to lose weight. I have weight trained, walked, did pilates, yoga, and I even had a bowflex which I used religiously for a long time, all to no avail.
