Mary asks…Good workout routine to lose weight and gain muscle?I'm sort of chubby. I have to remove my shirt for people to notice. I want to lose some weight and also get more muscular. I'm looking to strengthen my upper body, all over. Biceps, triceps, lats, traps, shoulders, pecs and abs.
What are some good workout routines to strengthen all of these? I'm 15 and my school has a lot of workout equipment for all parts of the body. But I want to know the most effective ways to work
