Your Questions About Healthy Weight Loss Plan For Men

Michael asks…My weight loss plan (men's)- check it out for me?Alright well I'm going to start off by giving you a brief description of myself. I'm a guy, 19, work at a pizza shop, weigh 210 lbs, and i'm 5'8".
I want to drop a significant number of pounds. Around 50 to be exact. And I have sort of a plan. I just want to make sure this is the right way to go.
