Your Questions About Weight Loss For Beginners Program

Chris asks…Which workout would be best for me?I only have around 30 minutes to 40 minutes in the morning to do these workouts before I have to go to school.
I'm a senior in High School, and I'm just an athletic guy, I am not a weightlifter. I can probably only bench 90 to 100 lbs, and I want to change this.
