Chris asks…What are some good workout routines for body building?I am sort of new to this whole weight training and stuff. So I need to know some good workout routines to build bigger muscles. I want my whole body to be bigger, I don't want to focus on just one part of my body. I go to the gym about 3 times a week, usually just doing dips and pull ups, but I don't think that just doing those workouts will help me get bigger anytime soon. I'm 17 and weigh about 110 pounds.
