Your Questions About Healthy Weight Loss Plan

Carol asks…Is this a healthy weight-loss plan?I am 5'10, 250, about 80 lbs. overweight, but have been eating and exercising much better lately, have lost almost 50 pounds so far this year. I want to finally get in shape, sooner rather than later...

I looked up my metabolic rate thing, and found out my body already burns about 2500 calories per day... If I burned another 3000 per day from running, swimming, and lifting weights, and consumed 1800-2000 calories per day, I'd probably lose 5-6
