Sandy asks…Healthy Eating Plan + Weight Loss Ideas?So i weigh 62 kilograms. I should weigh about 45-50 kg. SO YES i am overweight. I am in tears EVERYDAY so I need to do something.
I have started to eat healthier. I am a dancer. I dance for 5 hours a week at my dance school. & I play netball. I want some weight loss ideas and a healthy eating plan. Eg. Breakfast: .. Lunch: ...... etc.
Also, I am NOT a fast runner but yes i could beat an elephant. Any ways to improve my fitness?staff
