Mark asks…Starter's excercise for weight loss?I'm a 5'0" tall and 47kg(103lbs) asian 15 year old.
I know I'm normal weight but I have this problem. You see, my stomach is kind of flabby. And it kinda bulges/bloated out most of the time and I'm commonly mistaken as a pregnant girl and when I put on my jeans I always get a muffin top. I'm not an athletic or sporty person at all since I have poor health. I'm looking for exercises that doesn't cause me an asthma attack and can be done at home
