Carol asks…Doing Cardio and Yoga everyday for weight loss?I want to lose weight and be fit, so I have started doing Kara-T-Robics which is a cardio programme which mixes moves from karate with aerobics and last for one hour, and also yoga for beginners which is 30mins long. I do these everyday but rest for one day in the week.
If I continue on like this how much weight will I lose and how long will it take to see results?
I'm 21, weight is 71kg and am 5"7
