Lisa asks…A Weight loss program that really works, and involves you buying nothing! I've lost 23 pounds with it so farOkay so my New Year's resolution this year was to lose weight. After avoiding it for 20 days, I started on January 20, 2008. In the first 10 days, I lost 9 pounds. Now, today, Wednesday, April 16, 2008, I've lost 23 total. And it's so simple! You don't have to buy ANYTHING! Weekdays: Morning - eat one bowl of (non-sugared) regular LIFE cereal for breakfast - WITH SKIM MILK.
