Your Questions About Workout Routines Without Weights

James asks…what is the best upper body workout without weights?what are good upper body workouts and routines?
trying to get muscle
especially abs and bicepst please
BTW, I don't have acces to weights so anything without that would be greatstaff answers:You have to train each muscle once a week 1-2 muscles a workout..

40-60 mins

select 4-5 different exercises per muscle
4 sets per exercise..

Sign up at a gym...

Without weights..

Then hit U tube and do the spartan workout.. It works
