Helen asks…What's a good beginner weight loss routine?I'm 30 pounds over weight and I want to lose it. I want a routine that will get me results, but won't be so much that I tire myself out after a week and give up (this has happened before). I haven't exercised regularly for over 2 years so needless to say, I'm out of shape.
I was just wondering if someone could give me a weekly exercise schedule--like how much cardio per day, how much and which muscle group per day etc.staff
