Your Questions About Workout Routines At Home

Mary asks…at home workout routines for a 13 year old girl?hi i'm a 13 year old girl 5'5 and about 160 lbs i reall wold like to lose some weight and become more comfortable with my body. What are some good at home workouts that don't involve any equiptmentor videos (i do have 5 lb weights though) and how can i start eating healthier. Everyday i say tomorrow i will eat healthier and i screw it up...any advice thanks :)staff answers:Run and be active. A heart rate meter would be helpful but
