Your Questions About Exercise For Weight Loss Weight Watchers

Sharon asks…Exercise doesn't seem to help my weight loss. What should I do?I want to shed about 5 pounds that I put on this winter but I'm finding it virtually impossible - though my body seems to suddenly put on weight quite easily.I'm very active: I normally go to the gym at least 3 times a week. Two of those sessions will include 45 - 50 mins of cardio and 20 minutes toning - then I will usually do 1 or 2 aerobics classes of varying intensity. I usually walk to the gym (uphill) for 15
