Your Questions About Weight Loss Planner

Charles asks…MMA weight loss diet?I've been doing MMA for the last 8 weeks or so to get fit, lose weight and gain lean muscle definition. I haven't been too great with my diet as i don't have to much knowledge about sports nutrition so i have a few questions....

I'm 21 and i train 5 times a week. I'm 6ft, and i weigh 82 kilos with my goal being to gain muscle whilst dropping to around 70-74 kilos.

1. Is it better to eat 5-6 small meals or 3 larger meals daily?
