Your Questions About Workout Routines For Women

Mary asks…To stay slim and in shape, what is your weekly workout routine (for women)?I go to the gym and use the treadmill for 45 min then I come home and do 35 min of Pilates but I think I'm doing too much.staff answers:My weekly routine is 4 Min's of sprints ,10 squats ,20 Min's of aerobics and some stretches i do that monday to tuesday then i rest on wednesday then over and over again . And drink water and eat fruits during the breaks you takeCarol asks…anyone know a good workout
