Mary asks…To stay slim and in shape, what is your weekly workout routine (for women)?I go to the gym and use the treadmill for 45 min then I come home and do 35 min of Pilates but I think I'm doing too much.staff answers:My weekly routine is 4 Min's of sprints ,10 squats ,20 Min's of aerobics and some stretches i do that monday to tuesday then i rest on wednesday then over and over again .
