But this is what I ate today, and I just wondered if it is healthy & will aid weight loss? :]
Breakfast - fat free natural yoghurt, red grapes, blueberries & ground cinnamon
Lunch - rocket, spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, king prawns
