Your Questions About Healthy Way To Lose Weight And Keep It Off

Thomas asks…Why is it easier for me to lose and keep the weight off this way?This is rather strange, now I know it's unhealthy to starve yourself, and I do NOT do this.

I am a chronic eater, day and night, junk junk junk. When I workout to lose weight, it would amplify my appetite by 100, even healthy food I would eat like crazy and just not lose the weight.

When I would eat very small amounts, and stay a little hungry all the time, the weight fell off like nothing! And my appetite
