Chris asks…HELP ! Will this routine help me build muscle and lose fat?i'm 14 , 171 cm (aprox.) , 74 kg
im just 14 , and i'm a beginner :) ...im wondering about making a fitness program... but i just wana know if this is good enough (mainly for weight loss )
Dumbells (all 15 x 3 )
-bench press (8.5 kg)
-Bicep curls ( 6kg)
-Overhead tricep extensions (6kg)
-Dips
-Wall Push ups
-Knee Push ups
-Wrist curls (6kg)
With one rest day ... after an exercise day
Treadmill
-5 min power-walk
