Laura asks…I don't understand the 'burning more calories than you intake' for weight loss!?hi
i am trying to lose weight. :)
I have been recording how many calories a day i am eating BUT say if i have 1300 calories in one day, does that mean i have to exercise until i burn them ALL off? (do i have to exercise until i burn 1300 calories so my daily intake goes back to 0?) :O
please explain to me how the exercise works in weight loss!
