Sandra asks…Beginner Running/Weight loss Regimen, Does this Sound like it Will Work?I've heard 30 mins a day of cardio is a good way to get in shape but I can really only do 3 days a week. I've been trying to do 1hr/3days a week and I was so ready to get started for real this week but then got on my period. camps SO BAD. I did an hour one day, 30 mins yesterday and I'll prob only do 30 mins again today.
